35mm Film Scanner

Hi members

 

I had job in mind now for a number of yrs, I have box with hundreds of old 35mm negatives, tucked away in the back of my wardrobe.

 

My question is, does anyone have any advice about a 35mm film scanner, I have looked at a few online, they range from very cheap too How Much! Not sure what quality the results would provide.

 

I know it will be some epic task to complete, but just thinking of the old memories contained in the those negatives. A lot of the printed photos have either been passed onto family or lost over the yrs.

 

Or would it best to just let them fade into yesterdays memories.

 

Your suggestions would be welcome.
