Hi,

 

I’m Debbie. I’ve loved documentary photography since I was a child and could “read” pictures before I could read words. My first camera was a Pentax K1000 film camera that I bought in the early 80s and I finally decided to get more serious about photography when digital cameras were introduced. I like to do wildlife photography, landscapes, street photography–pictures that document what is happening in the moment.

 

I majored in art in college (drawing and printmaking) so I understand composition, texture, color, patterns, etc. , but I need to learn more about the technical aspects of photography as well as the editing processes that are available now.

 

Looking forward to learning more about how to create better photos!
