What was your primary goal with this photograph?
I came across this lady begging for money in one of the main streets in lisbon and I found her to be so beautiful and expressive that I wanted to convey that depth and beauty.
Can you walk us through your thought process when you were making this image? Just get a candid portrait of her, there was a lot going on in her expression and she looked so beautiful.
