Birds in flight unless I am specifically going for a subject I very early on in my photographic live t hat was to set my camera for t he aperture speed and know iso.
That was the settings to take this picture. we had actually stop the car for a pit stop and had one chance to take a shot, second shot not so good this has happened quite often, I go for a walk with friends and family with my camera at the ready.
